1. Clock in each time you switch jobs (if applicable). Clock out of a job when you walk off the jobsite. If you are commuting to another job, turn around and clock back in under that job.
2. Select Cost Code applicable to position.
3. In Tag box select all applicable Task Types

4. Type work details into Notes field. Make notes for each tag selected in the following format:

For Example:

Demo kitchen cabinets and countertops – Ready for plumbers and electricians

Remove debris from kitchen – Prepared for haul away

Primed living room walls, ceiling, and doors – Ready for paint

5. Click on the Clock In button
Critical Guidelines:

Timecards are reviewed daily. Entries must be clear and descriptive – vague entries will not be approved for payment

If you switch jobs during the day, clock out and back in under the new job

Notes considered insufficient will result in timecard rejection:
